Denim Première Vision AW2526

Elevated Fibres

natural and man-made fibre blends that complement cotton bring an elevated feel to core items.

Fibre and yarn: elevate denim with responsibly sourced GOTS-certified silk, cupro and Pima cotton. If synthetic fibres are needed, source biodegradable nylon and polyester.

Colour and finish: the focus here is on fibre blends that ease onward recyclability and even biodegradability. Ensure washes and finishes don’t hamper these circular processes.

Construction and weight: implement across a broad range of washes, constructions and weights.

Raw Finish

Use raw indigo denim for cleaner Smarten Up denim looks in responsibly sourced natural fibres.

Fibre and yarn: source-certified recycled and regenerative cotton, traceable linen and hemp for a dry, cooling, rigid structure.

Colour and finish: keep to classic indigo for an authentic denim look, allowing the wearer to create their own storytelling through garment wash and wear.

Construction and weight: keep to classic twill and broken twill constructions, using selvedge denim true to workwear styles. Weights range from 10–15oz.

Vintage Comfort

Look to washed-down light to mid-tone blues for authentic Vintage Fades and nostalgic sentiments.

Fibre and yarn: source GOTS-certified and recycled cotton, Tencel lyocell, traceable viscose and Naia Renew.

Colour and finish: use laser and low-impact washing techniques to achieve retro, vintage light to mid-tone blues. Harness the natural colour of recycled denim fibres, which naturally give mottled, mid-tone blues.

Construction and weight: stick to simple 3/1 twill constructions, with weights ranging from 6-13oz.
